I had an outstanding experience with Platinum Plumbing & Water Well services! When my well pump suddenly stopped working, they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. On top of that, I also needed help with my water heater, and they took care of both issues during the same visit. The tech, Jon, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on, gave me options, and got everything back up and running quickly. It's rare to find a company that is not only responsive but also delivers quality service with no hassle. We just bought a house with no idea of the troubles with the plumbing and everything else. It was a total disaster. I looked on Angi for plumbers and Platinum Plumbing stuck out, we called, they came out and did their inspection...it's worse than we imagined. They gave quotes on everything, we picked the Platinum pkg and they completed the work the same day. Amazing! Greg, Charles and Nathan worked all day and into the evening to get the job done. It's amazing that they're very polite, courteous, professional and helped us with everything that needed to be done, even helped my husband with a drain he was redoing! When I need another job, I will definitely call on Platinum Plumbing! I would recommend everyone who needs a good plumber to call Platinum Plumbing first and they'll be no need to call anyone else. Go Platinum. You won't go wrong!
