I’ve had the opportunity today to receive excellent, top notch service from Platinum Plumbing. The installer Jerry, and Bacon were not only gentleman but that displayed customer service that truly won me over. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs experience plumbing service for your home. Oh yes, they will be back to do some work in my bathroom. We just bought a house with no idea of the troubles with the plumbing and everything else. It was a total disaster. I looked on Angi for plumbers and Platinum Plumbing stuck out, we called, they came out and did their inspection...it's worse than we imagined. They gave quotes on everything, we picked the Platinum pkg and they completed the work the same day. Amazing! Greg, Charles and Nathan worked all day and into the evening to get the job done. It's amazing that they're very polite, courteous, professional and helped us with everything that needed to be done, even helped my husband with a drain he was redoing!
